🚚How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed and is ready to ship, we will send you all relevant tracking information to be able to keep tabs on your delivery status. Enter the tracking number with the respective courier to track. If you choose PUDO as your shipping option, we will contact you to confirm your closest or preferred PUDO locker for collection.

🗓️How long does it take to ship once I’ve placed my order?

Our estimated delivery times are between 2 – 5 working days for major cities and 4 – 7 days for outlying areas, once the order has been shipped.
Please note: Most of our products are made to order, so please allow 1-2 working days for you order to be prepared before it is shipped.
International shipping will vary from destination to destination.

🗺️Does Bird Republic offer international shipping?

Yes, however this may be a greater charge than domestic shipping.
Shipping is free for orders over R600 for domestic delivery only.

🆓How do I get free shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over R600 domestically. Orders under R600 will be charged a standard shipping rate, for domestic orders only.

📳Will the couriers make contact when they deliver?

Yes, they will. Please keep your phone on and answer unknown numbers, as this may be the couriers trying to get in touch with you regarding your delivery.

📦How will my order be packaged?

This will depend on the nature of the items that you ordered. We take the utmost care to ensure your cargo gets to you safely and without damage.

Posters are rolled into a robust mailing tube, whereas our art prints – due to the rigidity of the fine art paper – are flat packed and secured with bubble wrap. 

🔄Every Bird Republic customer gets one free exchange or refund with should the item be incorrect or damaged (for full price purchases, T’s and C’s apply – please see our Exchanges and Refunds page for more information).

Once you have logged an exchange/return with us, we will organise for our couriers to collect the item – they will not leave you with a waybill, so please take a picture of the tracking number before they leave, for your own records.
