Log into your Bird Republic profile, select the order you want to track and view the updated tracking information. Enter the tracking number with the respective courier to track.
🗓️How long does it take to ship once I’ve placed my order?
Our estimated delivery times are between 4 – 10 working days for major cities and 6 – 14 days for outlying areas, once the item has been shipped.
Please note: Most of our products are Made to Order
International shipping will vary from destination to destination.
🗺️Does Bird Republic offer international shipping?
Yes, however this may be a greater charge than domestic shipping.
Shipping is free for orders over R600 for domestic delivery only.
🆓How do I get free shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over R600 domestically. Orders under R600 will be charged a standard shipping rate, for domestic orders only.
🔄Every Bird Republic customer gets one free exchange or refund with should the item be incorrect or damaged (for full price purchases, T’s and C’s apply – please see our Exchanges and Refunds page for more information).
Once you have logged an exchange/return with us, we will organise for our couriers to collect the item – they will not leave you with a waybill, so please take a picture of the tracking number before they leave, for your own records.
📳Will the couriers make contact when they deliver?
Yes they will. Please keep your phone on and please answer unknown numbers, as this may be the couriers trying to get in touch with you regarding your delivery.
